great views but communication needs improvement

The staff helped us feel welcomed with their informative approach! The river view from our room was a good surprise. We loved having a well-equipped kitchenette.

The hotel was located just next door to the river. Our location was marvellous to crater lake. We went out for dinner, found Bella Pasta, it was at a medium distance from the property. It had very friendly and accommodating staff:)))

I was disappointed that the housekeeping service was only available on request, and I learned this far too late . It was annoying to ask multiple times before finally getting an answer, and their communication around this could be greatly improved. The limited dining hours of the restaurant next door were a letdown, as it wasn't open during the times we needed it.

The view from the room was fine, but the floors felt sticky .

The surroundings were fine with an abundant wildlife experience right outside our door, including deer sightings! The outdoor BBQ facilities added a fun twist to our evenings.

I found the communication regarding room cleaning to be unclear, as I only learned late in my stay that cleaning was upon request, which I found a bit inconvenient.

We really enjoyed our stay after getting an unexpected upgrade to a cozy room with a fine river view, and we spotted deer frolicking outside in the morning. The garden area was perfect, with comfy seating and beautiful flowers. Just a small note, the room cleaning is only on request, which I found out a bit late, but it didn't spoil our experience at all 😊

The clean, comfortable family suite was a highlight, with cozy bedding that ensured restful nights. The outdoor space was great for kids to play, but the lack of frequent housekeeping was a disappointment, leading to some clutter . The dining options nearby had limited hours, made meal planning a bit challenging.

I recently had a fantastic stay at this luxuriously comfortable hotel. The location was absolutely perfect, with stunning views of the river from the lovely deck. The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. The room itself was impeccably clean and well-maintained, with all the amenities I could ask for. I especially appreciated the cozy sitting area and the dining table, which made me feel like I was in the comfort of my own home. The free toiletries and flat-screen TV were also a nice touch, adding to the overall quality of my experience here.

All in all, I had a wonderful time at this place. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable hotel experience.
